BBC CRIMEWATCH Oct 14

This featured on BBC Crime Watch programme Thursday 16 October 2014.

The most common techniques that perpetrators use to distract a potential victim are asking for the time and requesting help in finding a venue/location. As most opportunist crimes of this nature happen when a woman is unaccompanied and then approached by a loan male, I want to raise awareness of the importance of knowing your surroundings and how to act if approached. Knowing this is paramount for your safety.
